FAQ

After connecting my Soundsticks Wireless system, no sound is heard.
This happens if you power up the subwoofer before connecting the right and left speaker. The system mutes to avoid potentially harmful pop noise. Just touch one of the volume up/down pads to unmute.
My smartphone cannot detect the Soundsticks Wireless system.
This usually happens because certain smartphones do not support A2DP. There is no remedy to this problem. You may choose to purchase a newer model, which usually works fine.
The name of my Soundsticks Wireless does not display correctly on the Bluetooth unit that I use, but sound comes through all right.
Certain mobile phones cannot display the full product name, but this affects neither function nor sound.
My iPhone 1G seems to be unable to connect with my Soundsticks Wireless.
Your Soundsticks system works with most iPhones, but the 1G cannot connect via wireless. You may connect via a cable, though.
I have problems with dropouts in sound when streaming Bluetooth music from my smartphone or tablet.
Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open, this may block or overtax the processor in your music player. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem.
What wireless range can I expect from my Bluetooth speaker?
Reception of Bluetooth can be heavily influenced by surrounding environment. If your product offers stable streaming performance when phone and speaker are in the same room, with no large objects blocking the line of sight, then your product is performing as specified.
